Hanna Schaefer and David Moore from St. Joseph-Scollard Hall (Project “Inhibition of telomerase by antisense therapy in Tetrahymena”) won the TransCanada Award, and a gold medal in the Senior Life Science category.

NBRSF Chair, David Jackowski, said, “We had so much incredible talent at the NBRSF this year. I’m very proud of the team of five students chosen to represent our region! Congratulations and good luck!”
