A collision around 7:30 this morning closed Airport Road at Stockdale and Golf Club Road.

Callers reported hydro lines and a pole were knocked down.

BayToday reporter Chris Dawson says it appears a garbage truck and a car took out a hydro pole.

A vehicle ended up in a ditch.

BayToday also reports a woman was seen getting into an ambulance but injuries do not appear to be serious.

North Bay Hydro says power has been partially restored after this morning’s collision.

About 100 customers on Golf Club Rd, Airport Rd, and Stockdale Rd will remain out of power until repairs to the broken pole are completed.

The estimated restoration time is 3 pm.

The outage initially impacted about 380 customers.
