The Powassan Voodoos wrapped up the regular season with a 4-1 win over Espanola yesterday.

Joe Whittet scored twice for Powassan while goalie Owen Say picked up his 31st win of the season.

The Voodoos have a first round bye in the playoffs.

Algonquin won the NDA boys hockey title winning the final against Widdifield in two straight games.

The Barons opened with a 6-3 win in game one on Friday, then shutout the Wildcats 6-0 in game two on Saturday.

 

And Fanshawe won the OCAA women’s volleyball championship 3-1 over Humber on Saturday.

The event was hosted by Canadore.

St. Clair won the bronze medal game 3-0 over Durham.
