The Canadore College Board of Governors has received the long waited for report on workplace culture at the college.

Last night, president George Burton issued a similar refrain that was sent out in a press release last week that the report was being reviewed and more will be said in due course.

“We’ll have more to say on the report, the effects of the report when the board has had time to digest the report and there will be a comment coming from the college,” he says.

He wouldn’t give a timeline on when that’ll be.

“We want to give the board time to digest the report and comment accordingly. We’re not being vague to be vague. We want to ensure we follow due process which we’ve been standing hard behind since this event unfolded,” Burton says.

He was asked if OPSEU will get to see the report. He said the college will respond to the union when the board has had time to digest the report.
