A tough night at home for the North Bay Battalion as they lost 8-4 to division rival Sudbury.

Battalion Head Coach Ryan Oulahen says once again they didn’t have the start they wanted.

“I thought we got off to a really slow start, like incredibly slow, and dug ourselves way too big of a hole.  We continually learn these lessons, I don’t know why we put ourselves in that scenario,” he says.

North Bay goalscorers were Mitchell Russell, Brandon Coe, Mason Primeau, and Simon Rose.

The Battalion are back on the ice tonight in Sudbury, for the back end of a home-and-home set with the Wolves.

Catch the game on Country 600 CKAT at 6:55 pm.
