An army of volunteers is getting ready to help brighten the holidays for hundreds of local families.

Delivery of the Santa Fund baskets goes this morning (Monday) from Fort Chippewa Barracks.

Co-Chair Scott Clark says it all starts at 10 am.

“It’s become a family tradition for a lot of people, you show up and bring your vehicle, we’ll load it up for you, we have many volunteers standing by,” he says.

Well over 600 food hampers and gifts for the children are being delivered today.

This is the 72nd annual North Bay Santa Fund.
