North Bay Police have made an arrest in connection with a robbery that took place in late July.

The 25 year old male has been charged with theft of a motor vehicle and two counts of robbery with a weapon.

A male who was working as a delivery person was threatened by someone who was armed with a knife and a small amount of money was taken.

Police say later the victim was threatened again when he demanded the return of his money.

The victim was punched and kicked and the victim had his vehicle stolen.

Police say they originally were looking for three people in connection with the robbery.

(wolf)

North Bay Police received a call from a concerned citizen regarding what they believed was an attack on their family dog by a wolf.

The residence is located in an isolated area on the north end of the city.

Police remind people that we do live in Northern Ontario and are susceptible to visits from animals that find this area their home.

Police say do not feed wolves or other wildlife as it attracts them to your property, makes them less fearful of humans, and makes them accustomed to food provided by humans.
