A 40 year Cache Bay man has been charged with committing an indecent act and mischief under $5000.

Police say the indecent act occurred in front of two customers in a McKeown Ave store ten days ago.

As well, minor damage was done to some property.

Police say the arrest was made when the man returned to the store last Friday.
