A 42 year old city man faces several charges, including impaired driving and possession of stolen property, after a crash around 1:30 Monday morning.

City police say the driver of a vehicle, that was stolen from a North Bay residence Sunday evening, lost control and struck a pole on the 600 block of Lakeshore.

They say a woman inside the vehicle was injured and is still receiving medical treatment.

The man was arrested at the scene.

Meantime, North Bay Police are investigating after camping gear and a bike were stolen from a residence near the intersection of Wyld and Richardson Streets.

Police say the victim left the camping gear on the back deck, and discovered it was gone yesterday morning, along with a brown Kona Mountain Bike, which was stolen from a back shed.

Anyone with any information is asked to call police or crime stoppers.
