One of two Canadore students who won medals at last week’s Skills Ontario Competition also came away with a job offer.

Conor Tierney (pictured above) won bronze in the machining postsecondary competition.

He was also told by competition organizers that he’ll be receiving a monetary prize and an employment offer in the coming weeks.

Fellow Canadore student Jay Brocke (pictured below) won silver in the aircraft maintenance postsecondary contest.
