Bill Vrebosch is serving his first term as a North Bay City Councillor after spending 40 years as the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of East Ferris.

He joined Matthew Sookram on Council Capsule on Wednesday morning to discuss the presentation of the Multi-Use Recreational Facilities Study.
