The North Bay Midget AAA Trappers are coming home with a silver medal from the OHF Championship.

The Toronto Young Nationals won Sunday’s final 4-0 over the Trappers.

Both teams entered the game undefeated at the tournament.

Trappers goalie Reece Proulx made 27 saves in the loss.

Saturday was a big day for former Brampton Battalion and Nipissing Lakers forward Conor O’Donnell.

He’s now a referee and the 29 year old officiated his first NHL game in Florida, as the Panthers closed out the regular season against the New Jersey Devils.
