For a 20th year Callander Bay Dental is taking part in the Smiles For Life Campaign.
Practice leader Samantha Simpkin says from now until the end of June 100 percent of the proceeds from teeth whitening procedures done at Callander Bay Dental are being donated to Rotary4Kids and the Nipissing Association for Disabled Youth.
“That gives kids in our community a chance to do sports like skiing, horseback riding, summer programs, recreational programs who wouldn’t alternatively have those opportunities,” she says.
Simpkin says a lot of money has been raised over the past two decades.
“We’ve raised ourselves in excess of $378,000 that has stayed in our community, either through Rotary4Kids or The Gathering Place or different charities over the years,” she says.
Simpkin says both the product and their team’s time is donated during the campaign.
