The North Bay Battalion are out of town this weekend for their final extended road trip of the season.

They play three games in three days starting tonight in Sarnia.

The teams met a few weeks ago in North Bay, with the Sting winning in overtime.

Assistant coach Adam Dennis says Sarnia has a lot of talent.

“They’re a good team with a lot of firepower. They have 20 shorthanded goals this year so we have to be prepared for that,” he says.

Overall, Dennis is looking for a 60 minute effort.

“There are some things we need to do on a more consistent basis like finishing checks, establishing a forecheck and solid in your ‘d-zone’. Those are things we need to work on and get better at regularly,” Dennis says.

The Battalion won’t have Brandon Coe available tonight or tomorrow in Windsor as he’s been suspended two games for an incident in Monday’s game in Ottawa.

Coe has 15 goals and 32 points this season.

The Troops will be in London on Sunday.

Broadcast time tonight on Country 600 CKAT is 7 pm.
