The North Bay Conservation Authority says snow depth continues to increase.

Infact, it’s gone up by 38 cm since the last survey just 2 weeks ago.

And new all time records have been set at all 3 reading stations.

Conservation Authority officials say the depths are almost twice the long term average for this time of year.

The average depth is 85 cm easily surpassing the old mark of 73 cm set back in 2001.

Year to year the depth is 32 cm more at Chippewa Creek, almost 40 cm higher in Corbeil and 45 cm more in Chisholm.
