Huge financial boost for the North Bay Santa Fund

A successful Carmine Ricciuti Christmas Special on KiSS 100.5 this morning (Friday).

“$52,000 and most importantly a whole bunch of happy kids on Christmas morning,” announced morning show host Kevin Oschefski as the three hour special came to a close just before 9 am.

“That is amazing, thank-you North Bay!” added Santa Fund co-chair Scott Clark.

The annual event at Twiggs Coffee Roasters on Fraser Street was all about spreading holiday cheer and raising funds for the 71st annual North Bay Santa Fund.

Upwards of 675 families will receive a holiday meal and gifts.

The packing of the baskets goes tomorrow (Saturday) at Fort Chippewa Barracks at 5:30 pm with delivery the next day (10 am).
