Charges there include possession of a firearm and forcible confinement.

Earlier a Canada-wide arrest warrant was issued in relation to last Wednesday’s fatal shooting on Beattie Street.

North Bay Police report 25 year old Taylor Briscoe was arrested Saturday, without incident, as he left a residence in the city centre.

This all involves last Wednesday’s fatal shooting at a residence on Beattie Street.

Earlier police reported a 45 year old city man suffered gunshot wounds and later died at hospital.
