A 28 year old Sudbury man has been charged with driving with ability impaired.

Police say they stopped a vehicle for aggressive driving Sunday morning in Nipissing First Nation.

Police say the driver’s vehicle was impounded for seven days and the motorist received a 90 day automatic drivers licence suspension.

Meantime, OPP have charged a 30 year old motorist.

Police say the charges were laid after a vehicle went in the ditch on Highway 17 in West Nipissing last Friday.

Police say the charges include driving with ability impaired.

The motorist received a 90 day automatic drivers licence suspension.

The motorist had minor injuries and was not taken to hospital.

Mattawa OPP are investigating a break and enter in Mattawa.

Police say on Saturday morning they received an alarm call and upon investigation someone had kicked open the front door of a business on McConnell Street.

Anyone with information is asked to call OPP or Near North Crime Stoppers.
