Third time was a charm for the Powassan Voodoos who defeated Kirkland Lake 3-2 Monday night at the Sportsplex.

It was the Voodoos third game in less than a week against the Gold Miners, with Kirkland Lake winning the previous two match-ups.

Gabby Kioki (pictured), Rico Rossi and Henry Scott scored for Powassan.

The Voodoos are back in action this coming Saturday at home to Elliot Lake.
