Nipissing MPP Vic Fedeli has announced $255,000 in project and operating grants for several local arts organizations. Those receiving fund sinclude The White Water Gallery, the Capitol Centre, the On The Edge Fringe Festival, the Near North Media Lab Collective and the Nipissing First Nation.

The funding includes:

$86,600 for Aanmitaagzi under the Multi and Inter-Arts Organizations: Operating and ICF Project Grants for Organizations programs

$30,000 for White Water Gallery under the Compass program
$29,489 for the Aboriginal Curatorial Collective under the Arts Service Organizations: Operating program

$22,000 for the Capitol Centre under the Ontario Dances program

$21,000 for On the Edge Fringe Festival under the Multi and Inter-Arts Projects and Theatre Projects programs
$19,124 for Near North Mobile Media Lab Collective under the Media Arts Organizations: Operating program

$18,311 for the White Water Gallery under the Visual Arts Artist-Run Centres and Organizations: Operating program

$13,000 for Nipissing First Nation under the Indigenous Artists in Communities and Schools Projects program
$10,000 for the Nipissing Region Curatorial Collective under the Arts Service Projects program
$5,790 for the Near North Mobile Media Lab Collective under the Compass program
