(UPDATE) Lots of gridiron action

In NDA senior football, it’s Alumni Day at St Joseph-Scollard Hall with the Bears hosting the Widdifield Wildcats.

Game time at Cundari Field is 1 pm.

There won’t be a Chippewa-Algonquin game in NDA football tonight (Friday).

Algonquin tweeted that the game has been cancelled after Chippewa withdrew its senior football team from the League.

On Thursday, West Ferris defeated Franco Cite 43-12. John Warren had 3 touchdowns for the Trojans.

In junior play on Thursday, St Joseph-Scollard Hall defeated Algonquin 10-6 and West Ferris edged Franco Cite 34-26.
