North Bay Police have charged a 32 year old city man with theft under and trespass by night.

This after they were called to a suspicious person trying to get into vehicles in a residential area off Algonquin about a week ago.

Video footage was used to identify the person, with an arrest made on Saturday.

In a separate release, city police say they continue to investigate after a tractor and trailer worth about $100,000 was stolen early Saturday from a business on Hwy 11 north.

The 2004 Kenworth tractor is black in colour with straight pipes behind the doors.

The Trailer is white with orange trim and stainless steel sidewalls.

The vehicle is still missing.

– 2004 Kenworth with Ontario licence plate AD73360
– Black in colour with straight pipes behind the doors
– A chrome bowtie visor on the front windshield.
– Double-round headlights and a single bar in the grill with black fuel tanks on the sides
– Spike wheel lug covers.

Trailer Description:
– white with orange trim with stainless steel sidewalls
– Approximately 17 lights along the top and the bottom on each side.
– Ontario licence plate F1121C
