A 26 year old North Bay woman is facing charges of assault and uttering threats after an incident just before 6 pm yesterday (Sunday).

Police were called to a Hardy Street residence where it’s alleged the woman head butted and threatened her male partner.

The man suffered non-life threatening injuries.

The woman was released with a promise to appear.
