Even though Civic Monday is not a statuary holiday, some government offices like North Bay City Hall are closed today.

But, retail outlet do not have to close. Northgate Shopping Centre is open from 9:30 to 5pm.

Meantime North Bay Transit Buses are on a reduced schedule.

There’s also no garbage or recycling pick up, meaning collection is delayed a day for the rest of the week, the landfill is also closed.

And Canadore College & Nipissing University’s Education Centre Campus will be closed, with regular summer programming and services resuming tomorrow.
