North Bay Police logoNorth Bay Police report a 25 year old city man has been charged with assault with a weapon.

This after an incident at a McIntyre Street East residence Thursday night around 11:30 pm.

It’s alleged an argument between two men, who are known to each other, turned violent.

Police say the accused allegedly stabbed the victim, who sustained injuries as a result of the assault and was transported to hospital.
