The North Bay Battalion are coming off a big 6-1 win over the Oshawa Generals in Game One of the Rogers OHL Eastern Conference Finals.

They remained in Oshawa yesterday, and Bob Coles fills us in on how the Troops prepared for tonight’s Game Two.

The North Bay Battalion held a practice on Saturday after the General Motors Centre as they prepared for Game Two against the Oshawa Generals.

The Generals have lost five straight games against the Battalion in the OHL Eastern Conference finals, dating back to last seasons four game sweep for the Troops.

The Troops are hoping to head back to North Bay with a two nothing series lead, while the Generals will try and salvage a split on Sunday night.

The main focus is sure to be on the special teams, as North Bay went 7/7 on the Penalty Kill, including a short handed goal from Nick Paul – while the team was down by two men.

Catch tonight’s Game Two live on Country-600 CKAT, broadcast time is 5:35pm
