Police (north bay)
A busy weekend for city police with 187 calls for service.

 

14 people were charged for a variety of offenses including possession of marijuana, possession of morphine, carrying a concealed weapon, assault, domestic assault, assault with a weapon and uttering threats.

 

Meantime, City Police are investigating a break and enter. Police say early on Sunday morning someone attempted to gain entry to  a building on Ski Club Road. Police say damage was done.

 

Meantime, during the overnight hours on Sunday, someone attempted to gain entry to a Trout Lake Road business. Police say someone caused damage to 3 scrapped vehicles which were parked outside.  Anyone with information is asked to call North Bay Police or Near North Crimestoppers.

 

And police are looking for a male who stopped at an auto body shop on Sunday on Lakeshore Drive.  That person notified a female city police officer about a collision that took place in the 100 block of Lakeshore Drive.
