The Sudbury Nickel Capital Wolves won the Great North Midget League championship on the weekend, with a 2-1 overtime win over the North Bay Major Midget Trappers.

Cole Craft scored the lone goal for North Bay in game four of the series Sunday.

Sudbury scored on the powerplay in the extra frame to win the series 3-1.
