Brett Hargrave became the first North Bay born player to score a goal for the North Bay Battalion.

Max Kislinger got his first career two goal game.

And Kyle Wood got his first goal of the season.

Battalion Head Coach Stan Butler says they need to keep getting contributions from the bottom six of the lineup.

Other goals came from Danill Vertiy, Mike Amadio and Brett McKenzie while Jake Smith made 24 saves on 25 shots.

Smith got his first start in net since October 25th and backstopped the Troops to his first win since going on the disabled list.

Butler says it pays off to have their most healthy lineup to date this season.

The Battalion get right back to work tonight (Friday) as they head south to play division rivals Niagara.

Broadcast time on Country 600 CKAT is 6:35 pm.
